Who we are
Dr RR Edu Vision is a physics coaching institute based in B N Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@drrredu.com or 80743 51636.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: the student’s name, a phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, the course you are interested in, and any message you add. We also record the date and time of your enquiry, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, which we use to prevent the form being abused.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry — to call or message you back about admissions, batch timings, fees and counselling. We process these details on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Where it goes
Submitting the form does two things. It saves your enquiry to our records, and it opens WhatsApp with the same details filled in so you can send them to us directly. Our records are held in a hosted database and a private spreadsheet, both restricted to the institute.
If you complete the WhatsApp step, that message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We never sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the institute except the hosting and messaging providers described here.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can follow up across an admission cycle, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.
Students under 18
Most of our students are school and intermediate students. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian submit the enquiry. If you believe we hold details about a child that were submitted without a parent’s involvement, contact us and we will delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — including withdrawing the consent you gave on the form. Write to info@drrredu.com and we will action it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how enquiries are handled we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
